Terms and conditions – TSGuard WordPress Security
1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading or using TSGuard WordPress Security (the "Product") and related services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
2. Product description
TSGuard is a WordPress security plugin offered as licensed software (not a sale of title). The licence grants you the right to use it according to the licence type purchased (single site, multi-site, etc.), in accordance with these terms.
3. Licence and use
- The licence is personal/in the name of the entity that made the purchase and is valid for the domains/installations covered by the licence type.
- Prohibited: redistribution, resale, disassembly, reverse engineering, removal of copyright notices, or use for unlawful purposes.
- You may install and use the Product only on sites for which you have purchased a licence. Use on uncovered sites may result in licence suspension.
4. Account and security
- You are responsible for keeping your account and licence key confidential.
- Notify us immediately at support@ts-plugins.net in case of unauthorised use of your account or licence key.
5. Updates and support
- Updates to the Product are provided while the licence is active and valid, within the limits of our support policy.
- Technical support is offered according to the plan and support policy published on ts-plugins.net. We do not guarantee resolution of all issues specific to your environment (hosting, other plugins, etc.), but we strive to provide reasonable assistance.
6. Limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages (including loss of data, revenue or business) arising from use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence in question in the last 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated (e.g. on the site, by email) and will take effect on the indicated date. Continued use of the Product after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination and effects
In case of breach of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the licence without refund. Upon expiry or termination of the licence, the right to use the Product ceases; we will no longer provide updates or support for later versions. You may continue to use an already installed version, in accordance with the GPL licence where applicable, without further updates or support from us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
